Return & Exchange Policy
Seven-day window
Raise a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and carry original tags and packaging.
How to request
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and an unboxing photo. We arrange a reverse pickup wherever the courier services your pincode.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the item reaching our studio. COD refunds are issued by bank transfer.
Non-returnable
Blouse-stitched items, customised drapes and pierced jewellery cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless received damaged.
